No matter how, you contact us, Email, Quote Submission, Phone, or Social Media.
We always treat you as our priority.
- We will discuss your needs and expectations.
- We will require some details from you. (Name, Address, contact Number)
- We will discuss our needs (Electricity, Water, Parking Etc.)
- We will discuss a date that suits you. (Confirmed by Text or Email)
On The Day
Our Rhinos are all friendly, professional, fully trained, Insured and vetted.
- We will contact you with notice of our arrival with an ETA (Via Text or Email)
- We will then introduce ourselves and perform a quick inspection to make sure what we have on file matches with what we see. (Any Issues will be discussed before any work commences.)
- Our Rhinos will then get stuck in and focus on providing you the best work possible, we believe in our Rhinos being comfortable while they work. (This may mean they take breaks when needed or listen to music.)
- On the completion of the clean we will make sure that you are happy before any payment is made. (We also allow a 3 day window just in case any issues arise post clean )
Making Payment
We offer a variety of ways to make payment to us, so you don’t need to worry about running to the bank,
- We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card and Cheque
- Payments can be made In-Person, Bank transfer, Via Phone or Online
- If you require an invoice let us know in advance as we will require an Email Address to send this to you or your business,
